  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1½ tbsp
  7. Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  8. Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  9. Color - Red (optional)
  10. Capsicum (optional) - 1 small
  11. Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  12. Oil - 2 tsp
  13. Oil for deep frying
  14. Salt as per the taste
Batter for dipping florets:
  1. Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  2. Maida / all Purpose flour  - 3/4 cup
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1½ tbsp
  4. salt as per the taste
  5. water as required
  6. Color - Red (optional)

Method:
  •  Place a heavy bottomed vessel on the stove, add enough oil for deep-frying and allow it to heat on low flame. While the oil is heating prepare the batter.
  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients required for making the batter(Maida,Cornflour, ginger garlic paste, color, salt). Slowly add water and make a slightly thick, flowing batter. Dip the florets in the batter and coat it well and place in the hot oil. Cook on medium high flame till golden brown. Remove onto absorbent paper. Keep it aside.
  • Take a Pan and add 2 tsp Oil, heat it for some seconds. To this add Onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, Capsicum and fry until onion turns translucent.
  • Now mix Ajinomotto, Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, red color, salt and stir well.
  • If u want the Manchurian to be little bit gravy mix properly 1 tbsp of cornflour with 1/4 cup of water and add to the above. If u want it to be dry skip this step.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Mix the florets just 5 minutes before u eat to retain its crispiness even while eating. If not florets will become soggy.

P.S:
  • Ajinomotto and color is optional, both are not good for health so avoid.
