Fried rice is a popular component of Asian Cuisine especially Chinese Food. There are varieties of fried rice this is one among them.This Recipe is so simple and it came out really yum which I never expected.

Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice - 2 Cups
- Vegetables(Carrot, Beans, Green Peas,Spring Onion, Capsicum)
- Sliced Chilly - 2
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt as per the taste
Method:
- Cook rice and keep aside.
- Heat oil for a minute and then add all the vegetables including green chilly and fry for up till vegetable are cooked.
- Now add Soya Sauce and Vinegar and mix well for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, pepper powder, coriander leaves, salt and stir well.
P.S:
- If u want the rice not to stick to each my method is : Throw the excess water from rice vessel after it is cooked and put very hot water over the rice and again drain the water, this makes the rice not to stick to each other.
