"Kheer" is a traditional South Asian sweet dish. It is prepared in festivals, temples, and all special occasions. It is an essential dish in many Hindu and Muslim feasts and celebrations.
"Kheer" When I am writing this recipe itself my mouth is watering hmmmmmm, planning to prepare it once again as soon as I finish writing this recipe. I am a sweet lover from my childhood but I don't like extreme sweet prefer it with medium sweetness. My husband is opposite, he hates sweets but still tastes little bit what I prepare.
My mom prepares yummy Kheer with varities like Rice Kheer, Sabudana Kheer, Channadal Kheer, Moongdal Kheer, Broken wheat Kheer....she knows many more but I am yet to learn all that. When ever my mom prepares I keep drinking cups by cups just like water, she knows that I love Kheer so she prepares more.
